I devoutly adore you, O hidden Deity,
Truly hidden beneath these appearances;
My whole heart submits to You,
And in contemplating You, it surrenders itself completely.
It is quiet in the chapel. Someone is meditating a few feet away from God in the tabernacle.
God knows all the struggles and uncertainties of the person sitting in front of him. His or her entire life story. The good and the bad.
The person sitting before God knows how little he or she understands - about God or about his or her own life.
But God understands it all. And perhaps that is enough.
