Life Teen Youth Group meets on most Sundays at 7pm
What you see below is our regular yearly calendar. However, there are several other big ministries we support and participate in here at our Parish that you will get email sign-ups for if you register for Youth Ministry. These include but are not limited to Family Promise Hosting 3-4 times a year, Lazarus Ministry, Haiti Rummage Sale, First Friday Exposition, San Pedro Prayer= Cenacles, Catholic Charities, etc. The list goes on; stay tuned!
When you register for SMM Youth Ministry, you will start receiving a monthly e-newsletter from “SMM Youth Ministry” Flocknote channel to your inbox with the email provided. This newsletter has our regularly scheduled events plus all the month’s extra opportunities and sign-ups for things happening around our parish as well as our larger Catholic community here in Orlando. SMM Youth Ministry also offer summer trips for Life Teen (rising 9th grade and above).
Our regularly scheduled service event happens on the second Wednesday of each month. SMM Youth Ministry wholeheartedly and continually supports the mission and work of Coalition for the Homeless located in downtown Orlando. This Coalition for the Homeless Teen Service Night is open to both Life Teen and EDGE registrants, but there are only 8 spots total due to limited kitchen space, first-come-first-serve. The sign-up to get on the volunteer list for the upcoming trip downtown goes out on the 1st day of each new month. It fills up fast, so be sure to jump on it if you want to participate and serve in this way! Coalition for the Homeless Teen Service Night welcomes a blend of our middle school EDGE youth group and high school Life Teen youth group. We love to see our middle and high schoolers can work together and learn from one another.
