Life Teen: High School Youth Ministry

• Life Teen Youth Group meets regularly during the school year on two Sundays a month from 7pm - 8:30pm in the Youth Room, which is upstairs in the FLC building. The "back lobby" doors of the FLC building will always be opened for you for Life Nights. These doors face the parking lot and have the smaller Mary statue near them.
• When you register for SMM Youth Ministry, you will start receiving a monthly e-newsletter from “SMM Youth Ministry” Flocknote channel to your inbox with the email provided. This newsletter has our regularly scheduled events plus all the month’s extra opportunities and sign-ups for things happening around our parish as well as our larger Catholic community here in Orlando. SMM Youth Ministry also offers several youth trips including the National Catholic Youth Conference in Indianapolis, Rock the Universe at Universal, Camp Covecrest in Georgia, Steubenville Orlando Conference at the Rosen Centre Hotel, and a mission trip abroad (stay tuned for more info).
• Included below is our yearly schedule for this season of Life Teen. There will also be other opportunities that pop up outside of this schedule that you will get email notifications about when you register to get on our email list. These include several other big ministries we support and participate alongside. These include but are not limited to Family Promise Hosting 3-4 times a year, Lazarus Ministry, Thanksgiving and Christmas Stores, Haiti Rummage Sale, helping with Vacation Bible Camp and other children's Faith Formation opportunities, San Pedro Prayer Cenacles, Catholic Charities, etc. The list goes on; stay tuned for all these different volunteer and prayer opportunities that will come your way through our email chain as they pop up throughout the year!

  • Blue = "Life Nights" (our regular youth nights) and other Life Teen socials. All Life Nights and socials include dinner.
  • Purple = Adoration opportunities as well as "XLT" Life Nights that include Adoration with our whole youth community and Core Team
  • Orange = Life Teen youth trips and fundraising opportunities
