Parish Sharing Session: Forming Children in Faith

Parents, this sharing session is a special invitation to you to share with each other on the topic “How is our children’s faith formed?” How is their faith nurtured in our families and how can we learn from each other?
Formation of children and youth was identified as a key priority in our parish council sharing sessions last fall. This session offers an opportunity to consider more specifically how we nurture our children’s formation. This time will be a guided discussion rather than a formal presentation, creating space for us to share experiences and ideas with one another. Meet in the parish hall to join the sharing.
Initial draft of the “Findings of the Parish Sharing Sessions”
The results show the parish receiving very positive comments for its rich and welcoming faith life. Recommendations for deepening our experience of parish are also provided, giving us suggested pathways for the continuing growth of our parish. Additional recommendations and summaries will be added to the draft as they are tabulated.
