In the Palm of Your Hand
There God is. Right there in your hand.
The God who is greater than the entire universe.
The God who knows the hopes and fears of the 7.5 billion people who inhabit the earth.
The God who knows each of us individually better than we know ourselves.
There God is - right there in the palm of your hand at Communion.
It takes an immense gift of faith to believe such a thing is possible.
Perhaps, during the coming months we together can take a few halting but hopeful steps toward experiencing God's prodigious love.
