Volunteer Registration
Thank you for volunteering to help with our Thanksgiving & Christmas Store. We are grateful for your help. There are many jobs involving setting up, making deliveries, helping our families shop and breaking down the event. Please register for any of the jobs that most suit your abilities and schedule.
Please understand that occasionally, we may need you to help with a different job. However, please DO NOT register for an empty slot without the intention of doing that job. All jobs are important, and this leaves us critically short in important areas.
Adult Volunteers
- Please register individually for any of the jobs that most suit your schedule. Many jobs involve heavy lifting.
- All volunteers driving to make deliveries must be adults over the age of 21. Families may make deliveries together with an adult driving. You will be lifting bags of food; some bags may be as heavy as 15-20lbs.
- We need help the day after the Store, to deliver any left-over food to the local pantries that we support throughout the year. We need large vehicles and, all volunteers need to plan on heavy lifting.
High School Volunteers
We value our high school students as part of our team. All students, grades 9-12, may register to help. Please be aware that you may be lifting food and other items which can be heavy.
